Tial Wastegate Springs

Custom tailor your TiAl wastegate to perform just how you need it to. Wastegate springs are available for most popular TiAl wastegate models, in a wide variety of spring pressures. Springs install easily with simple hand tools.

The 0.25 thru 0.6 bar springs are small OD and the 0.7 thru 1.0 bar springs are large OD. You can achieve higher pressure by installing both large and small springs in the same gate. Simply add the two spring values together to get the new pressure.

0.8 Bar - 11.60 psi - Large Red
0.9 Bar - 13.05 psi - Large Green
1.0 Bar - 14.50 psi - Large Blue


44mm/46mm Wastegate
0.2 Bar - 2.90 psi - Small Yellow
0.3 Bar - 4.35 psi - Small Red
0.4 Bar - 5.80 psi - Small Green
0.5 Bar - 7.25 psi - Small Blue
0.6 Bar - 8.70 psi - Large Yellow

NOTE: This fit the F38, F40, F41, V44, and F46 Tial Wastegates. They do NOT fit the newer MV-S or MV-R wastegates. Please confirm which one you have before ordering.
